The goal — creating an account from scratch, increasing the number of community subscribers, increasing community reach, growing revenue, and the number of orders.

- Development of newsletter strategy.
The main task is to maintain the viability of the account, increase the number of subscribers and reach, increase engagement with community content.
SMM strategy:
Firstly, we developed an SMM strategy for project work. We included all the main goals and tasks in it and described the necessary tools to achieve the set goals. We carried out budgeting and made a long-term community development plan.
Main sections of the SMM strategy:- Competitor analysis, their strengths, and weaknesses.
- Audience analysis for targeting.
- General content strategy.
Content work:At the time of taking over the account, it only had 18 people. The audience was gathered through sowing in city communities and targeted advertising.
Firstly, we developed a content matrix and a content plan for the next month with a breakdown by weeks.
Video content shooting.
Initially, the client didn't have a large budget, so we couldn't test all the conceived ideas. But even with limited resources (conditionally £50 per month), we managed to use them quite effectively. It's important to understand that if the budget will be larger, we can grow much faster.
We launched advertising from five creatives to increase coverage. The target audience — those interested in culinary masterclasses, studio rental. Out of five, three worked excellently.
